Well, glory be! I finally found a worthy cross-over guitar. My latest Goodall is palo escrito back and sides with a port orford cedar top. Palo escrito is a Mexican rosewood with a darker tone somewhere between walnut and east indian rosewood. The port orford is stiffer than western red cedar, and a bit brighter. [...]
